- Théâtre de Verdure: This exceptional outdoor setting was perfect for showcasing the new collection in a natural environment.
- Hortensias and Iris rooms (21 and 12 seats): Set up in theater style, these rooms equipped with projectors and high-speed Wi-Fi hosted the workshops.
- Lilas and Tamaris rooms (21 and 10 seats): Configured in U-shape, ideal for brainstorming sessions.
All rooms offered natural light, air conditioning, and fiber-optic connectivity, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Customized Catering to Meet Specific Needs
Valpré adapted to Fermob’s specific requests, especially regarding catering. In addition to offering tailored catering services, Valpré responded to the need for vegetarian meals for about ten participants. The event organizer was able to meet with the head chef to design personalized menus that met the participants' dietary preferences.

- Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners: Served daily, these meals were prepared using fresh, local ingredients. Outdoor lunches on the terrace provided a pleasant break in a green setting.
